  • Where do you deliver?

    Our standard delivery area is the Prescott and Prescott Valley area. We are able to provide deliveries outside of the Prescott area such as Dewey-Humboldt and Chino Valley. Events outside of the Prescott area will require Long-Distance Delivery Fees associated with their rental order.

  • What size of deposit is required to book my order?

    All that is required to secure your rental order with us is a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event’s date.

  • How long will I have the rental items for my event?

    (Recommended) Our standard rental period is one calendar day. This means that if you book an order on a Friday, you will have access to your rental items Friday morning as early as 9am until Saturday morning as late as 9am.

  • What do I need to do before you arrive for pick up?

    Thank you for asking! We appreciate when our items are cleared, lightly cleaned, and easily accessible, especially our tables. Table decor or anything else that was delivered in boxes, need to be put back in the same boxes before we arrive.

  • Can I request a specific delivery time?

    We can provide delivery as early as 9am and no later than 5pm. All items will be picked up no later than 9am the following day.
